To get started, we will need:

- estimated ship date
- description of the last hauled commodity information
- MSDS
- Information pertaining to next service
- any special instructions you may have
Upon the arrival of your rail car to the facility, the rail car is inventoried, inspected, and scheduled for cleaning and/or service. When ready, the car is spotted where work will begin.
