Vac-Outs

Our high-dump super-vacuum trucks can remove complicated slurry loads, hardened P-D hopper powder or decomposed gravity flow grain. Products are off-loaded on-site for disposal, recycling, or trans-loaded for reuse upon request. Off-site sludge solidification and on-site dewatering of sludges or slurries is also available.

Box Car Cleaning

We offer wash-outs, sweeping and vacuuming of box cars using super-vac trucks to remove bulk remaining products. The remaining product is off-loaded into 20 yard dumpsters to be land filled, in most cases. Container disinfection can be provided upon request. Recycling and product return is also available upon request.

Hopper Cleaning

We offer cleaning of Pressure Differential, Air Slide, and Gravity flow hopper cars. Whether it is to vac-out a PD-hopper with hardened powder or a full wash on a Gravity flow grain car, we can handle it start to finish. Material can be recycled, disposed or packaged and sent back to the customer for reuse. Trans-loading to super-sack, semi trailer, tote, or customer specific is available.

IBC/Tote Cleaning

A small 3-D orbiting spinner is used to clean liquid or dry bulk from IBCs and Totes. The containers are unloaded and inventoried at our dock, then moved by fork truck to be staged and cleaned in a secure area. Valve rebuilds and other repairs are performed so that the containers meet original specifications.

Tank Truck/ISO Cleaning

We will soon be offering full-service tank truck and ISO cleaning in our two-bay, under-roof wash system. The computer controlled facility will offer food grade and kosher approved cleaning with confined space entry, product recycling, detergent washes and sanitizing and will feature a comfortable waiting area.
